The exhibit, “Not Home: Photographs by Alyss Vernon,” is an acknowledgment and exploration of the joy and sorrow that comes with the passage of time and how relationships with a home and family can change. “What is your definition of home? How has that definition changed as you get older? ‘Not Home’ explores my answers to those questions and many more related to family, memory, belonging and time,” said Vernon.

Guests are invited to explore the show during daily hours, 9 a.m.-7 p.m. The exhibit is free and open to the public. For more information, visit www.wartburg.edu/gallery.

Support for this exhibition is provided by the National Endowment for the Arts and the Iowa Arts Council, which exists within the Iowa Economic Development Authority.
