This spring marks the final performances of the long-running Artist Series at Wartburg College.

For nearly a century, these seasons have brought Wartburg and the Waverly community a cavalcade of talented entertainers. While we will have fewer opportunities to showcase outside performances, the college will continue to offer great musical and theatrical performances the public can attend.

There is still plenty to see at Wartburg. We encourage you to attend the Wartburg Community Symphony, Meistersinger festivals, Christmas with Wartburg, Wartburg Players Theatre, opera workshops, musicals, student-run Entertainment ToKnight’s (ETK) social, cultural, and educational programs, and dozens of other concerts and events hosted by Wartburg throughout the year.

We are especially grateful to the past directors of the series, as well as campus and community members who have served on the committee that helped select acts over the years. Please join us in thanking them for their service.

With so many entertainment options now available to the public within a reasonable distance, we hope you will continue to seek out traveling performances and touring shows at venues throughout the region.

We appreciate your support of the college, its students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends who have performed on campus to wonderful audiences. We hope you will continue to do so.
