Wartburg College participates in the State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (SARA). SARA is a voluntary, regional approach to state oversight of postsecondary distance education. For student complaint cases that cannot be satisfactorily resolved internally using the school’s procedures as found in the Student Handbook, the student may contact the Bureau of Iowa College Aid.
