Erin holds a Master of Arts in Education with an emphasis in Postsecondary Education Student Affairs from the University of Northern Iowa and a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Community Sociology from Wartburg College, where she also completed the Leadership Certificate Program.
Professional Experience
With nearly 20 years of experience in higher education and student services, Erin has supported students in discovering their vocation through roles in career services, admissions advising, and new student orientation. Her work focuses on program development and building strong community partnerships.
Beyond the Classroom
Erin served as an AmeriCorps*VISTA member for two years, focusing on volunteer management and community building. Her favorite quote—“Believe you can and you’re halfway there”—guides her approach to leadership and growth.
