Olaniyi Omiwale, a Wartburg College junior from Nigeria, will participate at the Yale Writers’ Conference.
Omiwale, a computer science major and communication design minor, was selected for the conference, June 7-17, at Yale University in New Haven, Connecticut, which will feature panel discussions and writing workshops.
Omiwale, who writes poetry and fiction, was accepted after submitting an excerpt from a short story dealing with “time, memory and the past.”
