The Knightliters, Wartburg College’s student jazz band, will present its annual spring concert on campus, Friday, April 12.
The student-led band under the direction of Allan Jacobson, senior lecturer in music, will perform at 7:30 p.m. in McCaskey Lyceum of Saemann Student Center. Admission is free.
The program will include such selections as “Groovin’ Hard,” “A Child is Born,” “Don’t Git Sass,” “Stolen Moments,” “Sidewinder,” “Vine Street Rumble” and “Leap Frog.”
The 18-member group includes students performing on saxophone, trombone, trumpet, piano, guitar, bass and drums.
