The W also offers more than 15 group fitness classes open to members and non-members, as well as a wide variety of extreme and specialty classes designed for a more intense workout.

Jump-Start Your Fitness starts on the first Monday of each month and offers 10 consecutive days of 30-minute workouts and nutritional information (skipping Friday) to help participants get back into a fitness routine.
