All College properties are well maintained and very close to campus. If you are interested in renting one of these properties, please schedule a time with Laura Davis ( 319-352-8318) to schedule a walk through. Leases are a year in duration. Deposit is one month’s rent. Tenants are responsible for mowing the yard and shoveling the sidewalks/driveway. Tenants also responsible for all utilities.
