Lyric Lekander, MT-BC, serves as a clinical supervisor for music therapy students completing their practicum hours. She earned her Bachelor’s of Music Education with Music Therapy from Wartburg College in 2020. Her internship was completed at West Music in Coralville, Iowa. Lyric specializes in older adult care with most of her clinical experience being in hospice and memory care. Lyric also has experience with veterans, adolescent and adult mental health, traumatic brain injury recovery, IEP support, adults with IDD, and adaptive music lessons/ensembles.
