Seven Wartburg College students inducted into Psi Chi, the international psychology honor society, were recognized at the Excellent in Teaching and Scholarship Convocation April 11.

To meet the Psi Chi requirements, students must:Be at least a second-semester sophomore

  • Be enrolled as a major or minor in a psychology program or a program psychological in nature that is equivalent to a psychology major.
  • Have completed at least 9 semester hours or 14 quarter hours of psychology courses.
  • Have an overall GPA in the top 35 percent of their class.
  • Must have a psychology GPA at least 3.00 on a 4-point scale

Wartburg College, which has an enrollment of 1,747 students from 29 states and 53 countries, is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and is internationally recognized for community engagement.
