29 Wartburg students honored as best in their departments

Wartburg College recognized 29 seniors as the top students in their departments during its Excellence in Teaching and Scholarship Convocation April 11.
Two seniors were recipients of multiple departmental awards. Benjamin Harting of Brandon was the outstanding senior in music and religion. Daniel Mysnyk of Iowa City was the outstanding senior in economics and mathematics.
Wartburg College, which has an enrollment of 1,747, is affiliated with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America and is internationally recognized for community engagement.
