Travis Bockenstedt, a 2009 Wartburg College graduate, will kick off the Public Relations Student Society Association’s (PRSSA) Professional Speaker Presentation Series on Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., in Whitehouse Business Center 214. Bockenstedt will discuss the process of co-founding Pinnacle Advanced Primary Care, a direct primary care practice in Colorado.

Pinnacle is a subscription-based practice that uses grassroots marketing and personal branding to return healthcare to its roots of primary care and family medicine. Bockenstedt leads the company’s strategic growth plan and focuses on exceptional care for patients.

Bockenstedt’s pursuit of health care innovation has earned him several accolades, including Southern Colorado’s 40 Under 40 and Member of the Year from the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. He also was a finalist for Small Business Champion of the Year during Pike Peaks Small Business Week.

Wartburg’s PRSSA chapter has partnered with Wartburg graduates and area professionals who are leaders in their field for their 2025-226 Professional Speaker Presentation Series. All PRSSA professional speaker events are free to the public.
