Wartburg College is the recipient of the 2025 Pharos Lighthouse Award – Institution of the Year from Pharos Resources, an organization dedicated to enhancing student success and well-being in educational institutions.

The Lighthouse Award recognizes the exceptional efforts and achievements of individuals and institutions in advancing student support, engagement and success. The college began using Pharos360 in 2024 to help identify at-risk students and manage holistic care efforts.
