The Wartburg College Knightliters Jazz Ensemble will present its annual fall concert Friday, Nov. 18.

The free performance begins at 7:30 p.m. in the McCaskey Lyceum in Saemann Student Center.

The Knightliters, under the direction of Jim Gosnell, will perform arrangements from Benny Carter of Count Basie fame, Benny Goodman, Oscar Pettiford and Juan Tizol along with more current swing and Latin selections. Trumpeter Antonio Garza, a University of Northern Iowa alumnus, will be featured on Goodman’s arrangement of “Roll ‘Em,” the Latin mambo “Papiro” and “Caravan,” where he will play the role of Dizzy Gillespie.
