Wartburg College alumna to be featured at ‘Bach’s Lunch’ Oct. 14

The concert will begin at 12:30 p.m. in Wartburg Chapel. The recital will be preceded by a noon lunch and explanation of the program in Chapel Commons.
Palmer Scow, a 2003 Wartburg graduate, will perform “Fantasia super Komm, Heiliger Geist, BWV 651,” “Wachet auf, ruft uns die Stimme, BWV 645” and “Passacaglia in c, BWV 582.”
She is director of music ministries at All Saints Episcopal Church, Omaha, Neb., where she also plays the organ and directs the children, youth, adult and handbell choirs. She earned a bachelor’s degree in church music from Wartburg and Master of Music and Doctor of Musical Arts degrees in church music from the University of Kansas.
