Andy Grammer concert rescheduled for Jan. 9

Andy Grammer and Aaron Carter will perform at Wartburg Saturday, Jan. 9. Entertainment ToKnight's rescheduled 2015 Large Event (#LargeEvent15) will begin at 8 p.m. in Neumann Auditorium.

Tickets purchased for the postponed date will be accepted. Faculty and staff tickets can be purchased for $10 with a Wartburg ID, and public tickets can be purchased for $20, while quantities remain, at the Information Desk in Saemann Student Center at the following times:

10 a.m.-2 p.m., Monday through Friday, through Oct. 28
10 a.m. to noon, Thursday, Oct. 29 and Friday, Oct. 30
10 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday, Nov. 2 through Friday, Dec. 11

Public tickets also are available online.

Refunds are available through Wednesday, Oct. 28 at the Information Desk. The paper ticket must be provided.

With his 2011 self-titled debut album, Grammer became the first male pop star in a decade to reach the top 10 of adult pop radio charts on his first two singles, “Keep Your Head Up” and “Fine By Me,” which were certified Platinum and Gold, respectively. The Los Angeles native has gone on to sell over 100,000 albums, play sold out venues nationwide, and receive two BMI Pop Music Awards.

Described as “music’s easiest guy to root for,” Grammer released his second studio album last August. On Saturday, Grammer joined Taylor Swift on her world tour stop in Chicago to sing a duet of his current hit single, “Honey, I’m Good."
