With advance notice we can arrange for you to:
• Tour the campus
• Visit with an admissions counselor
• Attend a chapel service (M, W, or F, 10:15 a.m.)
• Meet with a faculty member regarding your major
• Talk to a coach, music director, or co-curricular leader
• Enjoy a free t-shirt and a free lunch with a student in the Mensa
Visit awards are $1,000 per year. Only one visit award is allowed per student.

Be a Knight for a Day
Sign up for a visit during Summer Preview Week on Monday-Friday, August 4-8. If you are not available during those dates, you can schedule an individual visit any Monday–Friday on a day of your choosing. Meet our energetic students, enjoy a meal on us, and learn more about academics at Wartburg. Discuss our championship-level athletics with a coach or inquire about our music ensembles with an internationally acclaimed director. Occasional Saturday visits are offered. If you are planning to visit on a Saturday please call the office to confirm availability. You will receive a confirmation of your scheduled visit via email.
These individual visits are a great way to experience campus for any prospective student at any stage in the college search (transfer, high school senior, junior, or younger). If an individual visit is the experience you are looking for, schedule today!
Knight’s Scholarship Days
Students who qualify and choose to participate in one of Wartburg’s Knights Scholarship Days have the opportunity to increase their academic scholarship. All awards are based on merit and not financial need, are renewable for a maximum of eight terms contingent upon full-time enrollment.
Meistersinger Music Scholarships recognize and encourage talented student musicians who also thrive on Wartburg’s academic challenges. These scholarships are renewable for four years. Awards range up to $5,000 per year and are open to music majors and non-music majors. All-State musicians are guaranteed a $2,500 minimum scholarship. A select few students of exceptional musical ability will be considered for endowed music scholarships up to $10,000 per year, replacing all other music scholarships.
