Returning Student Move-In

Returning students may pick up keys and begin moving in starting at 8 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 1. Keys can be picked up between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Sept. 1-2, uner the orange tent outside the Student Center in E Lot. 

Complete the form below if you plan to return before Sept. 1, 2025. 

Students returning as a result of on-campus work or NCAA athletics will not be charged an early arrival fee, and your move-in schedule will be determined by your coach or supervisor in partnership with Residential Life. 

International students can begin moving in Aug. 22 and will not be charged an early arrival fee. 

Students returning to campus early due to scheduling, off-campus work, or being a domestic student living 500+ miles from campus may move in beginning Aug. 30, after first year student move in ends at 2 p.m. Students returning early for reasons other than being a fall sport athlete, on-campus employment, or living 500+ miles from campus must pay $25 per day until September 2. This charge is added to the student account following the start of classes.  

Arrivals must take place between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. If you are arriving outside of those hours, email Residential Life (residential.life@wartburg.edu) at least 24 hours before your arrival time to let us know. Students who do not register for early arrival and/or move in outside of designated move-in hours without providing proper notice will be charged an improper check-in fee of $50.
