Give Aways, Swag, and Keepsake Requests

Departments can request giveaway items, promotional swag, and commemorative keepsakes through our online request system. Whether you’re planning a campus event, recruiting prospective students, recognizing employees or volunteers, or representing the college at an off-campus program, our website makes it simple to browse available items and submit your request. These branded materials help create a consistent, professional presence while sharing the college’s story and strengthening connections with prospective students, alumni, donors, and the community.

Orders should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event. All items to be picked up in Strategic Marketing & Communication, Luther Hall 106. Please direct questions to beth.sinnwell@wartburg.edu.
