Branded Items Available for Check-Out
To help create a consistent and professional presence, departments and organizations can check out a variety of branded event materials for use at both on-campus and off-campus events. Items below are available for check-out and are designed to showcase the college’s brand identity. Whether you’re hosting a campus event, attending a fair, participating in a community festival, or representing the college at a conference, these materials help ensure a polished, recognizable appearance while maximizing the impact of your event.
Reservations should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the event. All items to be picked up and dropped off in Strategic Marketing & Communication, Luther Hall 106. Please direct questions to beth.sinnwell@wartburg.edu.

Hanging Coroplast Flag Signs

Customize the Flag Signs
Additional instructions can be added to the signs using blue painters tape using the digital templates available below for download.
Rigid Wartburg Signs
- Various sizes (most 24-30” x 12-18”; some 48” x 12”)
- Materials: Laminated Foam Core, PVC
- Works well for photos and videos. These signs are meant to be held or displayed on a table. Please do NOT tape or puncture signs to hang or affix them to a structure.

- “Laminated backers allow event promoters to tape smaller signs to the backer with blue painters tape for temporary events.”
- Also accepts pre-printed or foam core mounted 24” W x 36” H signage.
