Human Resources Staff

The Human Resources (HR) staff supports the institution’s mission by managing employee-related functions.

The staff is responsible for recruiting and onboarding faculty and staff, administering employee benefits and payroll, ensuring compliance with employment laws and college policies, and fostering a positive workplace environment.

HR staff also coordinate professional development opportunities, address employee concerns, and support initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Their work helps maintain an engaged and effective workforce, contributing to the overall success and sustainability of the college community.
