The Academic Resource Center (ARC), located in Vogel Library Suites 204 and 314, is a comprehensive academic support service at Wartburg College. Providing programming through professional and peer offerings, the ARC champions student-defined success by fostering academic and personal growth through individualized learning, skill development, and the pursuit of meaningful goals. Academic Success Workshops
The Academic Resource Center is happy to partner with classes, departments, teams, or other groups to present workshops on varying topics. Contact Grace Mangrich to work collaboratively on a topic, timing, and presenter. Previous workshop topics have included:
- Introduction to academic resources at Wartburg. These can be specific to a class, group, or team.
- Peer tutoring and writing consultation overview.
- Academic skills development, including first exam review, time management, goal setting, self-advocacy and growth mindset.
