Traditional Pool Parties (up to 15 people swimming)

Monday-Friday, 5-7 p.m. or 6-8 p.m.
Saturday, 11 a.m.-1 p.m. or 2-4 p.m.
Sunday: 1-3 p.m. or 4-6 p.m.

Member Rate: $125, includes Wet Classroom
Guest Rate: $200, includes Wet Classroom

Large Pool Parties (16-60 people swimming)
Email heather.zajicek@wartburg.edu to schedule.

Saturdays, 5-7 p.m.
Sundays, 7-9 p.m.
Other times may be available.

Fee: $350 for two hours, includes Wet Classroom

Facility Rental

Would your church, business, or organization like to host an event at The W? We offer options for renting the pool, Wet Classroom, rock wall, tennis courts, racquetball courts, field house, and Center Court. For more information, contact Heather Zajicek at heather.zajicek@wartburg.edu.

Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at time of booking to secure date and time. Members may charge to their account if auto payments are active.

Food & Drinks
Refreshments can be ordered through Wartburg Dining Services or you may bring in your own cake, drinks, or food.
