Fitness Programs


The W offers fitness classes for people of all skill levels, from beginner to trained athlete. Not sure if a class is right for you. That’s OK! You can always try the first class for free to make sure it’s a good fit.

Group & Aquatic Fitness Class Memberships

Our fitness classes memberships can be purchased monthly or in four-month increments (January-April, May-August, September-December).

Fitness Class Descriptions

Athlete Within 
In this 10-week weightlifting program, our trainers will tailor your workout to your individual goals. Whether muscular strength, hypertrophy, or muscular endurance, Athlete Within is a comprehensive and challenging program designed for you as an individual! By the end of this course, your body should be stronger and better able to tackle anything life throws at you. No matter your age or skill level, our instructors can design a program best suited for your needs/goals. No prior weight room or weightlifting experience is required. Participants new to the Athlete Within family will be taught everything they need to know to be successful.
