Annie is a PhD candidate in Global Leadership at Troy University. She holds a master’s degree in Community Health Education, a bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, multiple minors and certificates, and has emerging proficiency in Spanish and Haitian Creole.
Professional Experience
Annie serves as a consultant and coach for nonprofit executives and NGOs, supporting strategic planning, culturally responsive leadership, organizational development, and fundraising. She is the founder and CEO of GTA Consulting, LLC, and a visionary leader on behalf of Rotary International. Her experience includes more than 25 years of leadership in global health, national and international nonprofit development, and higher education instruction.

Beyond the Classroom
Annie was recognized as a Waterloo/Cedar Falls Courier “20 Under 40” award recipient. Her favorite book is Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, and she draws inspiration from the belief that each person is born to do something uniquely meaningful.
