• Automatic Payments: To authorize automatic payments directly from your bank account, download and complete the authorization form, fill it out, and return it with a voided check. Download the Form or request a mailed copy.

• Tax-Smart Giving Options: Many of our donors choose ways to give that support our mission and offer a variety of tax benefits. Learn more about donating appreciated stocks or giving from your IRA. 
• Payroll Deduction: ​Faculty and Staff may donate in person, online, or through automatic payments. Many faculty and staff members find having gifts deducted from their paycheck is the easiest way to give. To set up a new payroll deduction or edit an existing one, please download the faculty/staff pledge form.
• Planned Giving: Are you interested in making a planned gift through your estate? Check out our planned giving page to learn more about how you can make an impact at Wartburg with a planned gift.

The Knightcallers are some of the best students on campus. With students representing a variety of academic and extracurricular backgrounds they are full of knowledge about Wartburg student life. They are eager to get to know our vast network of supporters and look forward to speaking with you about your involvement with Wartburg. They are excited to get to speak with you and love to learn about the different people who have helped make Wartburg College what it is today. Please don’t be afraid to ask them questions about their experiences and goals or provide them with advice or your own Wartburg stories.

Knightcaller Program

Wartburg College’s Knightcaller program brings our community of alumni, parents, and friends together towards a common goal of helping students succeed by raising funds to support the greatest needs on campus.

Our students reach out to alumni, parents, and friends in the evenings during the fall and spring semesters by phone, email, text, and video messages. They share updates about new programs and opportunities here at Wartburg, ask for advice, and share ways for members of our community to stay connected to the college. Working as a Knightcaller provides students with real-world, professional experience that strengthens their entrepreneurial skills and introduces them to the world of philanthropy and the impact our donors make on campus.

Our Faculty and Staff are some of our most loyal and impactful supporters of Wartburg College. Not only are they impacting students every day with their work. Many of them choose to give back financially to a fund or department they want to directly support.

 You can join your fellow Faculty and Staff by supporting in a variety of ways. 

• Payroll Deduction: The easiest and most common way our Fac/Staff donate is through payroll deduction. You can select the designation(s) you want to support and what you want to support per paycheck. Those gifts will automatically be taken out each month and go directly to the designation(s) you choose! Setup payroll deduction by visiting this form. 
• Give Online: You can make a gift online at any point throughout the year. Again, you can support the designation(s) of your choice, and you can evenly setup monthly billing through our online portal. 
• Fund the Fortress: Our crowdfunding platform, Fund the Fortress, accepts new projects each semester. Projects could range from supporting student athletes to purchasing needed equipment for improved education. We encourage you to browse our Fund the Fortress projects and keep an eye out for social media posts informing you of the any upcoming projects. 
• Booster Club: Many fac/staff choose to support the Booster Club as a way to support student-athletes and for the benefits included! The Wartburg College Athletic Booster Club helps to provide a rewarding, memorable, and transformative collegiate experience to more than 600 student-athletes. 
• UKnight Day: Wartburg’s day of giving is a time where alumni, students, parents, friends, faculty and staff join together to show why they love Wartburg College. We are looking for participation from as many donors on UKnight Day to show how Wartburg helps students experience more!

Wartburg College has over 25,000 living alumni. If each gave just $1 per month, we would raise $300,000 annually! This collective effort would be transformative, funding scholarships, enhancing academic programs, and improving campus facilities.
