Dr. Mary Pilgram earned her PhD and master’s degree from the University of Kansas and her bachelor’s degree from William Jewell College. 

Professional Experience 
Mary began her career in business and industry as a management and leadership development professional before transitioning into higher education administration and teaching. She now teaches courses in communication studies and leadership.
