The Wartburg Community Symphony Association will hold its annual meeting Tuesday, May 21, 6:30 p.m., in McCoy East. All individuals and families who have purchased memberships may vote at the annual meeting. Memberships can be obtained at the annual meeting or by writing Wartburg Community Symphony Association, PO Box 3, Waverly 50677. Memberships can be at any level. Persons giving $150 or more may request complimentary family concert tickets for up to two adults and two youth. For information, email wcs@wartburg.edu. The annual meeting agenda includes reports from the music director/conductor and committees and updating the by-laws.

Speakers Series Tuesday, May 21, 7-8 p.m. in Tendrils Rooftop Garden. Stephen Styron, MD, FACOG, WHC Women’s Clinic, will present Studies, Stats and Other Lies: What is good for you today? regarding multi-vitamins, estrogen, medications and a healthy, “elevated” body mass index.
