Lucille Karleen Hackbart (Lunde), age 94, of Golden Valley, passed on March 1, 2025. Born in Decorah, IA, she attended High School in Monona, IA, and graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly, IA. Lucille taught 3rd grade in the Robbinsdale School District and substituted in Mpls. schools. Active in the community, Lucille was a member of the Minnesota Rose Society, Mpls. Women’s Club, Golden Valley Women’s Club, and volunteered at the Godfrey House in Mpls. Lucille is preceeded in death by her parents Otto and Alice (Mythen) Lunde and brothers DuWayne and Keith. Lucille is survived by the love of her life, Roger Hackbart; son, Mark; daughters Susan and Constance; five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter, and nieces and nephews.
