With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Kyle Rae Elliott Fidler, who departed this life peacefully at home on October 25, 2025, surrounded by her loving family, after a courageous year-long battle with cancer.
Kyle was a devoted wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend whose warmth, generosity, and radiant spirit touched everyone she met. Her boundless kindness and unforgettable laughter brought joy to countless lives. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Kyle was born in La Porte City, Iowa, to Alfred and Carol Elliott. She pursued her education at Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa and Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. In 1992, she moved to Colorado with her beloved husband of thirty-three years, Mike, and his parents, Barb and Ross Fidler, beginning a new chapter filled with love, family, and community.
In 2003, Kyle co-founded Prestige Staffing in Denver, where she helped connect thousands of professionals with meaningful careers across Colorado. She retired in March 2025, leaving behind a legacy of leadership, compassion, and service.
Kyle had a gift for bringing people together. She loved to entertain and never missed an opportunity to plan a celebration. She generously shared her talents with several nonprofit organizations in Denver, helping them grow their donor communities through memorable fundraising events.
Kyle is survived by her husband, Mike; her cherished daughter, Kristen; her mother, Carol Elliott; her sister, Cheryl Rose; Mike’s parents, Barb and Ross Fidler; and a close-knit extended family, including seven nieces and nephews with whom she shared many joyful memories. She was preceded in death by her father, Alfred Elliott.
