Maryam Rod Szabo and Stephanie TeKippe, assistant professors of education, presented best practices on “Improving Students’ Accountability by Using Collaborative Tools and Communication Techniques” at the 11th annual Quality Matters conference. This presentation was attended by 40 to 50 faculty, instructional designers and administrators who are involved in the design and development of online courses. The Quality Matters Program offers invaluable resources, rubrics, and tools for faculty and instructional designers to develop quality online courses.
