- living area
Food costs will vary greatly depending on shopping and eating habits. You can cook all your meals in your apartment if you choose. Food costs are probably no more than a meal plan at Wartburg unless you eat out a lot, which is certainly a possibility with all the wonderful restaurants in Denver.
You are responsible for arranging and paying for your own transportation to and from Denver. Transportation costs in Denver vary, depending on how you get to work and how much you travel on your own time. Check www.rtd-denver.com for current information on fares for Denver’s public transportation system; costs for students with cars will depend on amount driven and costs for parking.
Classes are held at Saint John's Episcopal Cathedral, adjacent to the student apartments. Residential Life works with students attending Wartburg West Fall Term to ensure an efficient process for Winter Term housing on campus. If students have housing concerns, please contact Wes Brooks, Director of Residence Life at email@example.com.

Denver Parks & Recreation centers have a variety of equipment, courts, classes, and pools with very good facilities. Learn more at www.denvergov.org/recreation. Chris Winter, Strength & Conditioning Coach, has offered to provide a training program for any athletes attending Wartburg West.
Transportation and Parking
Students are responsible for their own transportation to and from Denver. Many students choose to bring cars to Denver, although that isn't necessary. The apartment building is very close to both the bus and light rail lines, and limited parking is available. Students who bring a car should budget for parking ($20 per month located at a parking lot made available to students) and gas costs (depending on the distance to their internship). There are a limited number of parking spaces adjacent to the apartment building available on first-come, first-served basis. Parking is also available on Clarkson St. and Washington St.
