Grossmann opened in the the fall of 1995 and Löhe Hall
in 2004. Floors are arranged in suites for four, six, or eight
students. Sleeping rooms are grouped around a small living
area with bath and shower areas centrally located to accommodate
several suites. Student rooms are furnished with desks, chairs,
dressers, closets, single beds, and window blinds. Cardinal Commons is an multi-purpose atrium that separates Grossmann and Löhe Halls.
All residence
halls on the Wartburg campus have high-speed Internet and
cable in each room, coin-operated laundry facilities, lounges,
vending machines, recreation rooms with cable TV, and kitchenettes.
