Grossmann opened in the fall of 1995 and Löhe Hall in 2004. Floors are arranged in suites for one, three, four, six, or eight students. Sleeping rooms are grouped around a small living area with bath and shower areas centrally located to accommodate several suites. Student rooms are furnished with desks, chairs, dressers, closets, single beds, and window blinds. Cardinal Commons is a multi-purpose atrium that separates Grossmann and Löhe Halls.  Löhe Hall is reserved for students who have proposed a learning project.  Learning projects include topics from going green to studying residents’ heritage and beyond with different tasks due each month.  Single room residents display educational information on a bulletin board twice a semester.

All residence halls on the Wartburg campus have high-speed Internet and cable in each room, coin-operated laundry facilities, lounges, vending machines, recreation rooms with cable TV, and kitchenettes.

For more information on The Löhe Educational Projects please visit our Learning in the Halls page.
