All residence
halls on the Wartburg campus, including Grossmann Hall,
have high-speed Internet and cable in each room.
|
Grossmann opened in the
the fall of 1995 and Löhe Hall in 2004. Floors are arranged
in suites for four, six, or eight students. Sleeping rooms
are grouped around a small living area with bath and shower
areas centrally located to accommodate several suites. A multipurpose
area on each floor offers students the opportunity to study
and socialize with other residents.
The original wing
of the building now houses two classrooms and offices for
the religion and philosophy department.
Grossmann has coin-operated
laundry facilities, lounges, vending machines, recreation
rooms with cable TV, and kitchenettes.
Student rooms are furnished
with desks, chairs, dressers, closets, single beds, and window
blinds. Lounges are furnished.
