Afton and Waverly Manors each consist of four separate two-story houses where 12 men and 12 women live on different floors. Students in two adjoining double rooms share bath facilities. Rooms surround the central lounge. Laundry facilities and air-conditioning are provided in each building.

The manors have coin-operated laundry facilities, lounges, vending machines, recreation rooms with cable TV, and kitchenettes.

Student rooms are furnished with desks, chairs, dressers, closets, single beds, and window blinds. The building has centrally located bathroom facilities.

All residence halls on the Wartburg campus, including the Manors, have high-speed Internet and cable TV in each room.
