About Sojourners

This organization is for students who have returned from studying abroad and covers the aspects of returning home. All of us have stories to tell about our time abroad. Many of you may want ideas on how to stay involved internationally.

You may also have frustrations, reverse culture shock, and "home" sickness that most people will not understand. Sojourners is a group where you can address these issues and have a little fun as well. Activities vary, depending on what the members decide they want to do.

In the past we've had Friday Afternoon Cafe's, Sunday night suppers with Study Abroad picking up the tab, a Christmas party, and other activities. In addition, Sojourners help with information sessions and orientation for students who are interested in a study abroad experience. This includes making class room visits during Study Abroad week which is held each year during Fall Term.
