Leading a service trip is a fun and rewarding experience. You will gain skills in planning, budgeting, fundraising, conflict resolution, managing group dynamics and much more! But don't worry, we help you! All leaders are required to attend a retreat, receive a handbook and are supported by a team of executive board members. Be sure to pay close attention to all due dates or print out a timeline for your own reference.


Trip Proposal Materials

The following will guide you through the process of proposing your service trip. Please pay attention to all due dates found on the previous leader page.

Step 1: Review the Overview of Leading a Trip Power Point.

Step 2: Complete the Leader Application (PDF)
If submitted by the first day of class your trip will receive a $100 towards your fundraising efforts! You will need to have the following information ready in order to complete the interest form:
           

Step 3: Download the following proposal materials

The proposal information packet will help you through the steps of developing your site, filling out the Budget and Planning Workbook, and writing your essays. Be sure to pay attention to the evaluation process so you can develop the strongest proposal possible.
