The Wartburg Mail Center provides delivery of USPS, UPS, private carrier, and on-campus mail and packages to student mailboxes. It operates Monday through Saturday. Mail Center personnel also deliver and pick up staff and faculty mail from respective departments each workday.

Bulk mailings require a two day turnaround time. All other mail goes out the same day if it arrives before the end of that day's service hours. Paperwork for outgoing mail must be completed by 3:30 p.m. during the academic year and by 3 p.m. during the summer and breaks. Mail should arrive no later than 3:30 p.m. to be processed for that same day.
