Dominique Cawley is a senior lecturer of flute and music theory at Wartburg College. She earned her Bachelor of Music and Master of Music degrees from the University of Northern Iowa, where she studied with Dr. Angeleita S. Floyd. Ms. Cawley is currently piccoloist of the Cedar Valley Municipal Band, principal flutist of the Cedar Falls Municipal Band, and a substitute for the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Symphony Orchestra. As a flutist, Ms. Cawley has performed extensively with the con brio Consort (Woodwind Quintet), and with guitarist Bob Dunn. She maintains a private studio in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Ms. Cawley has been the Chairperson for the Waterloo-Cedar Falls Symphony Orchestra, Young Artist Concerto Competition. She has participated in master classes with Paula Robison, Trevor Wye, Goran Marcusson and Claudia Andersion.
