Background and Research Interests
As a liaison librarian, I enjoy serving students by teaching critical information literacy skills through embedded class sessions, in-depth one-on-one consultations, and group sessions. I also serve as the Library Student Employee Coordinator, responsible for developing our Student Employee Program in order to increase professional development opportunities in the student workplace.

My personal interests and research projects include international student library experience and LGBTQ library resources and services. I also have a passion for languages and have taught French and hosted French-English language exchange meet-ups in the U.S., Canada, and France.

I also enjoy reading – particularly manga, young adult, and comic books – dancing, traveling, meeting new people, and taking advantage of lazy couch-potato days.
