Leadership Development Resources

As a student leader you will go through many challenges that will not only help you to enhance you leadership skills but they will guide you to lead a more effective organization and help you as you enter life after Wartburg College. I have provided you with some resources that will help you along the way.

The following information was comprised after a student leader questionnaire was conducted. The information was then formatted into six different workshops that took place over the school year.

Operation Organization:
Thursday, September 26 - 8pm - Ballrooms: Bystander Intervention Discussion with Mike Dilbeck
Tuesday, November 12 - 11:30am - Buckmaster: Licensing/Branding & Running a Meeting
Tuesday, February 4 - 11:30am - Ballrooms: Agency/60 Accounts, Senate Funding, ETK Co-Sponsorships

Session topics are tentative and may change based on availability of presenters.

Grab your lunch in the Mensa and eat while you learn about various topics important to your organizations. All recognized student groups must have at least 1 representative present at the sessions and will be expected to sign in for their group(s).

Please send questions to Ashley Lang, Director of Campus Programming.
