GAYLA Week is a week-long array of activities, discussions, and entertainment aimed to educate the wider community and recognize the constributions of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and ally (GLBTA) community.

March 21, 2009 - Amy Steinberg, comedian and musician, Cardinal Commons, 7 p.m.
March 23, 2009 - LGBT History Presentation, Buckmaster Room (Whitehouse Business Center 214), 7 p.m.
March 24, 2009 - Project RESPECT 101 Training, Heritage Ballroom, Saemann Student Center, 11:30 a.m.
March 25, 2009 - Marriage Equality Town Hall Meeting with One Iowa, Buckmaster Room, 7 p.m.
March 29, 2009 - 4th Annual Cabaret/Drag Show, Neumann Auditorium, 7 p.m.

May 2009 - End of the Year BBQ, Kohlman Park by the Cedar River
June 2009 - Capital City Pride Booth, Des Moines
