Dr. Brian Pfaltzgraff
Assistant Professor of Music

Pfaltzgraff received a Bachelor of Arts degree in music education and German from Simpson College. He went on to earn a Master of Arts degree in German and a Master of Arts degree in music from Bowling Green State University. He holds a doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Pfaltzgraff was assistant professor at Southern Illinois University, a lecturer at Ohio Northern University, an adjunct professor at Concordia University and a graduate instructor at the University of Michigan and Bowling Green State University. During an academic year abroad, Pfaltzgraff was a music tutor in Salzburg, Austria. He has a background of music performance and has been a resident artist for the Toledo Opera.
