Comments: The three history courses of the music core are designed to help students develop their writing and research skills as music professionals. All of the ILAC outcomes are a major part of each course and are consistently emphasized and expanded upon through the level of research and writing required from students as they proceed through the core curriculum. Evidence of these assignments is found in course syllabi and is available upon request.
