| _____ | Complete diversity and difference component and prepare reflection paper |
| _____ | Complete service component and prepare reflection paper |
| _____ | Complete initiative component and prepare reflection paper |
| _____ | Complete one course within your major that includes a leadership component and prepare reflection paper |
| _____ | Complete one course outside your major that includes a leadership component and prepare reflection paper |
| _____ | Complete one course inside or outside your major that includes a leadership component and prepare reflection paper |
