To be eligible for student employment, all U.S. Wartburg students must:

Hold full-time Wartburg College student status and currently be enrolled (registered and paid) for a minimum of 3 credit hours per term (excluding May Term and the summer).
Show satisfactory academic progress toward completion of a degree. (See Wartburg College Academic Catalog.)
Complete the following forms before beginning work on-campus.

If you would like all or a portion of your student paycheck applied to your student account each month, please stop by the Student Employment Office in Luther Hall 209 to complete this form.
