The Wartburg wireless network is provided for currently enrolled
students, faculty and staff and is an extension of the current network.
Therefore, current computing
policies apply to the wireless portion of the network as well
as the wired network. In addition, the use of hubs, routers, switches
or other network equipment which could interfere with the Wartburg’s
wireless network is not permitted on campus.
Wartburg College offers free access to the wireless network for students, faculty and staff. In order to access the network you must complete a registration process by installing the network security agent and the provided anti-virus software.
Note: Please be sure to remove any other anti-virus software you may have on your computer and insure that you have applied all operating system updates to your computer before starting the registration process.
