International Programs Office Personnel

Kevin Roiseland, director of international student programs, graduated from Luther College in 1998 and completed a Master of Arts degree at the University of Iowa in 2002, focusing on social foundations of education with an emphasis in international education and student development. He was international student adviser at The Art Institute of Illinois-Chicago this past year and previously served for two years as international student adviser at Roosevelt University, Chicago, Ill. He is the son of Dottie Roiseland, retired staff member, and the late Dr. Donald Roiseland, professor of physics.

JoAnn Strottman, Office Coordinator, is the person that greets you when you come to the Student Life Offices in the Saemann Center or when you call the International Programs Office. If you need assistance or have questions, JoAnn is there to help you or direct you to someone who can.
