Another two-sport standout, Ott lettered four years, earned three all-conference honors in football, and was named men’s golf MVP twice. Ott received All-American football honors in 1986 after rushing for 13 touchdowns and 969 yards. Two years later, he placed fourth in the conference golf tournament.
