Fritschel '53
Centennial, Colo.
A combined 10-time letterman in football, basketball,
baseball, and track and field in the early 1950's,
Fritschel's biggest claim to fame came on the football
field. He started at quarterback three seasons (1951-53)
and was named first team all-conference in 1953. Fritschel
was a former school record holder for single season
passes completed and passing yardage as well. A retired
Lutheran pastor, he resides in Centennial, Colo.
